Search Form

The Search Form consists of two portions. When you open the procedure, the left portion appears. The left portion is used to select supplier by a number of alternatives.

Further down in the Search Form you can also enter; if you want to use the form type Fax, if you want to print printout date, our reference, your reference, copies, grace period, and if you want to include text rows.
