Man-hours and capacity/dept.

Here you can choose to show the Man-hours/dept. tab to see the supply of man-hours and capacity per department. If you activate the setting, you can only select by department in the Search Form. This is because man-hours and capacity per department is not comparable with the loading for single work centers and order numbers.

Employees' capacity acc. to schedule

This setting is displayed if the Show tab option is activated. By activating this setting, the capacity will be loaded from the employees linked to the same department. The capacity is loaded from the schedule information in the Workshop Info module. Each employee's working hours per day is entered there. If an absent prognosis exists, the entered absence days are deducted from the planned capacity. An absence recorded employee will get 0 hour of capacity today but is supposed to be attending tomorrow.

If the setting is not activated, the capacity of the department has to be entered manually in the list under the Man-hours/dept. tab.
