In order to send e-mail to administrator, order creator and our reference, you have to register the corresponding reference in the Company Info procedure.Under the Info Menu (when right-clicking), you will find a number of useful functions in the structure lists in the Flow Analysis.
Replan Order
This option opens the selected order in the corresponding order registration procedure where the order can be replanned.
Description
By using this option, you will see more detailed information about the order, main part, operation or material in a separate window (this window is the same as the window that opens when using F3 for an order number in the Order Window in the Part Info).
More Cause Info...
This option shows information about the cause of the delay in a window. The window shows the affected operations and materials sorted by difference in descending order. On the order row you can only see the operation/material with the largest difference.
The option More cause info... is available only if the work center has been marked in the Cause column on the order row. If several work centers are involved in the delay, then the text Several... appears in this column.
Show All Parts Included in the Daily Pace / Consumption
This option shows all the parts at the next level, which means that parts not affected by the delayed arrival also will be shown. This option is available only if the setting Daily pace / Consumption is checked under the Create tab.
Notify (Send E-mail)
By selecting this option you can send e-mail to different recipients. The recipient is either the administrator for the part, order creator for the manufacturing order, our reference for the purchase order or customer order.

Priority Planning
This option loads the selected operation to the Priority Planning procedure in the Workshop Info module for further analysis.
