Printout Samples

Here you will see a few samples of the pick list and material reporting list. The printouts are in landscape layout (A4).

Explanation of the symbols in the lists:

( ) - you can pick the part, but not the entire quantity (quantity > available balance and available balance > 0).

(0) - Nothing can be picked according to the balance (stock balance is 0) Quantity will be shown in red and italic font.

(X) - Nothing should be picked (quantity = 0.00)

(Fictitious) - The material is a fictitious part.

- The part is blocked. In the Pick list, a padlock is shown under Picked indicating that the part should not be picked. In the Material reporting list, a padlock is shown under Reported quantity and you cannot enter a reported quantity or mark D to delete rest. If a cause has been entered for the block it will be shown in a tooltip when moving the cursor over the padlock.
