Show in Pick List
The following information can be shown in the pick list:
- Only material with rest (selected by default) - only material with rest quantity >0 will be shown in the pick list.
- Only material without shortage - only material where the balance covers the requirement will be shown in the list. That is, the quantity to pick is less than the balance minus cleared quantity.
- Only cleared material - only cleared material will be shown in the list.
- Only complete orders - the manufacturing order will be shown in the list only if all materials are available (including all underlying levels). This is useful for those who want to be sure that all materials are available for the order.
- All stock locations - if you do not select this alternative, the list will show the locations that are needed to cover this requirement. If you select this alternative, the list will show all locations in which the material is stored. This alternative is available only if you have activated the setting Use multiple locations under the Inventory tab in the Settings procedure.
- Order additional text - if you select this alternative, the order additional text will be shown under the "order header" in the list.
- Operation's instruction - if you select this alternative, the operation's instruction will be shown under the "operation header" in the list.
- Material's instruction - if you select this alternative, the material's instruction will be shown under the material row in the list.
- Report number - if you select this setting, the material's report number will be shown in the list.
- Show in standard unit - alternate unit, if such has been entered for the part, is selected by default when showing balance and quantity to pick. If you select this setting, all units will be shown in the standard unit instead.
- Batch number - if you select this alternative, the batch number is shown per location.
