This column appears if the setting Use capacity factor exceptions on operations? has been configured under the heading Preparations that you will find under the Manufacturing tab in the Settings procedure.
If so, you can enter or modify a capacity factor on the operation row. If you modify the capacity factor, you should replan the order in Register Manufacturing Order to make the changes apply throughout the entire order.
