In this field you indicate which MONITOR user that shall have the right to authorize (approve) the employee's recording in the Authorize / Adjust procedure and adjust recording in the Adjust Recording procedure.
The drop-down menu in the field shows all users as well as all user rights groups registered in the procedures Users and User Rights in the Global Settings module. You can select All users by leaving the field empty, which will give all the users the authority to adjust and correct balances.
Apart from the users that are chosen in this field, three additional "system signers" have authority to authorize and adjust recordings. These system signers are selected in the setting User with User Rights to Authorize / Adjust (1-3), under Authorize / Adjust under the Workshop Info tab in the Settings procedure. The System signer has authority to access all the employees' recording, even if it has already been authorized by another user.
