Send Message to/from Recording Terminal

By using this field, you can limit or increase the function called "Send message" in the recording terminal for this particular employee.

• Enter a 0 to block this function.
• Enter a 1 if messages can only be sent to other employees.
• Enter a 2 if messages can also be sent to other MONITOR users.

Show Balances in Recording Terminal

These different fields allow you to choose which balances (flex, comp., makeup, shift comp. or shorter hours) that you want to show in the recording terminal.

Adjust Additions in Recording Terminal

By using this field, you can determine whether or not the employee shall be allowed to adjust additions in the Recording Terminal, as well as how many days back in time this shall be possible.

If you enter 0, the employee will not be allowed to adjust additions.

If you enter 1, the employee will be allowed to adjust additions regarding today.

If you enter 2, the employee will be allowed to adjust additions regarding today plus yesterday.

If you enter 3, the employee will be allowed to adjust additions regarding today plus yesterday and the day before yesterday.
