Include

Under Include you will find the following alternatives:

• Recording type "Work only" - also includes information about employees with recording type "Work only" in the list.
• Only employees authorized by me - includes only employees authorized by the user.
• Blocked - the list also shows information about employees that have been blocked. Read more under the Help chapter for the Update Employee procedure.
• Only phone list - includes only employee number, name, phone number and mobile phone number (applies only to the list type Phones/addresses).
