Using the different List types you can make the list show different types of information. The list types are:

- With bar code - this list shows the following columns; P, M, order number, part number, part name, operation (Op.), start, finish, rest quantity, rest time, and report number in the form of a bar code.
- Delegated work - shows the operations for each respective work center, classified by the operators that have been delegated work in the Priority Planning procedure.
- Tools - shows information about tools that are linked to operations.
Depending on which list that has been selected, the following settings under Show... are available:
- In progress - This does not apply to list type Tools. This setting includes operations in progress in your list.
- Priority planned - This setting includes priority planned operations in your list (i.e. operations that have been prioritized).
- Not Priority planned - This setting only includes operations that have not been prioritized.
- New page / WC - This setting will insert a page break for each new work center. This only applies for list types Standard and With bar code.
- New page / employee - This setting will insert a page break for each new employee. This applies only for the list type Delegated work.
- Only ordered - Only applies to list type Tools. Only includes tools that have been configured as Ordered in the Tool status field.

Under Properties the following can be selected:
- Mark ops. ready to run - Shows operations that are ready to be started, given that the previous operation (P) is finished (F). If you have configured the setting called Also show partial reported ops. when filtering by operations Ready to run, under Priority Planning under the Workshop Info tab in the Settings procedure, partially reported operations will also be managed as operations ready to run.
