Switch Period

Switching periods means that all active absence records are closed and re-started again, so that all the absence time up to now will be registered.

  1. Enter a date for the period switch (today's date is default). The absence records will then be cut off at the end of the last work day's schedule for each employee. The date can not be in the future. If you enter a future date, the following Closedmessage will appear:

    Error message shown if you enter a future date.

  2. Execute the period switch by clicking Save.
