This tab can be used to plan the staffing during, for example, vacation. The red part of the bar shows the planned attendance, according to the schedule calendar, for employees selected under the Planned Absence Chart tab. The green part of the bar shows the planned or actual (historical) absence for the period.

The number of planned hours is the selected employees' total working hours according to their schedule calendar. The planned absence is loaded from the registered planned absence, while the actual absence is loaded from historical recordings.
