Here you will get an overview of the employees that have planned absence. The chart can be printed, and you can also find it in the Attendance List procedure under a unique tab. However, you can not change or add planned absence in the Attendance List.
You can filter employees by department and/or absence code.
The filter made here also determines which employees or absence codes that will be shown under the other tabs.
By pointing at the absence bar, you can see the planned absence type.
Here you can change or add planned absence by right-clicking on an employee or by opening the definition window. The absence can also be replanned by using the "drag and drop" function.
If you register several absence periods for an employee, each period creates a bar.
