This procedure is used by users in MONITOR to load and read incoming internal messages, as opposed to individual employees doing this in the Recording Terminal procedure.
Window Functions
The Find new messages button is used to search for desired messages in the in-tray.
Use Reply to message to open the procedure Update Messages and send a reply to the sender.
Use Send a new message to open the procedure Update Messages and send a new message.
