The Calendar/Planned Absence Button

Shows a Calendar outline of the current schedule calendar. For more information about calendars, please see Schedule Calendars.

Planned Absence

You can also enter planned absence here if the setting Plan Absence via Recording Terminal? is configured. In the Change and add planned absence window you can enter, change or add planned absence. You must select an absence code. By using the Extended button, schedules and absence codes are shown one day at a time within the selected interval. You can update the schedules and absence codes, and the rows can be deleted.
