If you select this option, the work must be chosen by entering a report number for a specific operation. The cursor is automatically placed in the Report number field in the box for Selected work. Select work by entering a report number followed by Enter or Tab. This method is convenient when using a bar code scanner, in order to simplify recording.
The selected operation now appears in the right portion of the window, while a new row is created in the left portion to allow another report number to be entered.
In order to “de-select” a selected operation, click in the Row column in the right portion of the window (in other words, “select it again”).

If an occupied (busy) operation is selected, a warning message appears. However, it will not be shown if the operation allows several operators to be clocked-in at the same time.
