If you want to update a general message, first you must expand General message in MONITOR Recording Terminal under the Select heading to the right, and then select the row called General message (you do not have to move the row over to Send to). In the Message section the current message appears, and can be changed as needed.
The General message option is selected.
Execute your changes using Send message or Save.
Any tables or Excel columns that have been added to the message can be deleted by selecting Delete table in the Info menu (when right-clicking).
