Why Use This Procedure?
The table in the Update Correction Factors procedure is used to adjust or adapt the calculation bases used in the Time Calculation (supplement) to your company's specific circumstances. There are correction factors for distribution, setup time and unit time for each calculation basis.
You can also adjust correction factors once you have started using the system, such as when performing rationalizations etc. The standard value for correction factor for time distribution is 1.15 (15%) and 1.00 (0%) for setup time and unit time.
