General Information about Work Center Analysis

You will find a general description of Managing Lists in the System in the chapter MONITOR General Information in the MONITOR Basics.

What Does This Procedure Do?

In this procedure you can create and print a list of the parts that have preparations made for a certain work center. This list will display for which operations for the part that preparations have been created, as well as the time code, setup time, unit time and unit price (subcontract) for each respective operation.

You can also open a list in order to modify different preparation data for several parts at a time. For example, this may be useful if there are several parts that shall have another work center for an operation, or if you need to change the setup or unit times.

Under the Create tab you make selections for the list. You can select two different list types, Standard and Change work center. The Standard list does not contain any update options. Under Show... you can select if no or all subcontracts shall be viewed. The different list types are described under Printout Samples.

What Update Options Exist for this Procedure?

In the Change work center list you can load work centers and change the operation name, setup time, unit time, setup price, unit price and currency for subcontract work centers.

You can also the change work center for all parts in the list. When you select a new work center, the system suggests that you change work center for all the following rows that contain the same work center code in that list.

The following information can also be modified according to the terms described below:

The four abovementioned terms are configured under the heading Preparation under the Manufacturing tab in the Settings procedure
