This procedure is used to design search forms for custom reports made in Crystal Reports and then have been added as menu items under Custom Reports (the C-module) in the Menu Text procedure in the Global Settings module.
In the window you can choose which selection options you want to include in the Search Form for a report. You do this by entering the search form rows for the table in the RID column in the middle.
For every row that you insert here, the corresponding selection option will be created in the search form/create tab under the heading Selection.
You can also create your own terms and conditions for a search form row. This is done under the Create terms button.
More detailed information about the features of this procedure is provided in the training course Database Access II.
