The Info tab contains general information about the customer. The tab is divided into different headings.
The first heading contains the company’s References. You can enter several different references for each customer.
There are headings for Phone, Fax and E-mail. You can enter several numbers and addresses for each customer. This is useful if you want to send the invoice to one address, the order confirmation to another, etc.
Under the button Attach XML file you will find default settings regarding when XML files shall be attached to e-mail messages.
The next heading contains all the customer information related to Shipping, such as Pallet registration number Destination and GAN-number. You can also enter a Delivery day and Transport time. A Delivery instruction can also be entered. The EDI information is found under a separate heading. The Extra Info button is used to configure EDI settings.
Under the Block heading you can select the options Block/notify for a customer when it comes to order registration and reporting.
The Exceptions heading allows you to make exceptions from the customer's standard accounts, etc. This way you can unlink the standard account and enter customer-specific accounts instead. You can also make exceptions from the standard interest and late payment fee. By clicking on the button Customer-specific forms you can link customer-specific forms. Under the section Additional text group you can link the customer to an additional text group.
Under the heading Allowance for on-time deliveries you enter customer-specific allowances for the delivery reliability.
