Under the Info menu (when right-clicking), you will find a number of useful functions in the structure lists in the Flow Analysis.
Replan Order
This option opens the selected order in the corresponding order registration procedure where the order can be replanned.
Description
By using this option, you will see more detailed information about the order, main part, operation or material in a separate window (this window is the same as the window that opens when using F3 for an order number in the Order Window in the Part Info).
Notify (Send E-mail)
By selecting this option you can send e-mail to different recipients. You can select our reference or the customer's reference as the recipient of the order. To the customer's reference you can for example send messages regarding delivery delays and new delivery times.
In order for it to be possible to send a message via e-mail to our reference, an e-mail address must have been entered for the corresponding reference in the Company Info procedure. In order for it to be possible to send a message via e-mail to the customer's reference, an e-mail address must have been entered for the corresponding reference in the Update Customer procedure.
Check Delivery Times
By selecting this option you can check the delivery times and create orders for customer orders without a manufacturing or purchase order arrival. The part number, planned arrival period and quantity on the customer order row will then be loaded to the Check Delivery Times in the Inventory module.
Priority Planning
This option loads the selected operation to the Priority Planning procedure in the Workshop Info module for further analysis.
Flow Analysis - Manufacturing
By using this option, you can load the selected manufacturing order to the Flow Analysis - Manufacturing for further analysis.
