The Heading Row

On the heading row you first select a customer for which you want to create a new customer order or an order number in order to load an existing customer order.

When you open this procedure, the cursor is automatically positioned in the Customer field. After entering a customer code (or an order number) on the heading row, all information about the customer or order will be loaded and displayed under the Main tab. Under the Rows tab you will see the order rows on an existing order.

At the far right of the heading row, you will see a speech bubble if a message has been registered for the customer in the Update Customer procedure. The message will open when you enter the customer code. However, you can also open the message by clicking on the speech bubble.
