The Heading Row

On the heading row you first select an order number in order to load the service order for which you are going to report arrival. Only service orders with service location In factory can be selected.

When you open this procedure, the cursor is automatically positioned in the Order number field. After entering an order number on the heading row, all information about the order will be loaded and displayed under the Rows and you can perform the arrival reporting.

At the far right of the heading row, you will see a speech bubble if a message has been registered for the customer in the Update Customer procedure. You can open the message by clicking on the speech bubble.
