The Heading Row

On the heading row you select an order number in order to load the service order you want to report. When you open this procedure, the cursor is automatically positioned in the Order number field.

After entering an order number on the heading row, all information about the order will be loaded and displayed. Under the Rows tab, you can see the existing order rows on the order.

At the far right of the heading row, you will see a speech bubble if a message has been registered for the customer in the Update Customer procedure. You can read the message by clicking the speech bubble.
