The Main tab for service orders is nearly the same as the Main tab for customer orders. However, there are some differences described below. All information can be temporarily modified for an existing order.
The Delivery address is mainly loaded from the delivery address on the selected serial number. If no serial number has been entered, the address will be loaded from the customer.
Under References you can enter a phone number. For new orders the phone number entered for your reference will be loaded. If no such phone number has been entered, the customer's general phone number will be loaded. If several phone numbers are registered, these will be selectable in the field.
Service orders have slightly different status stages than customer orders.
You will not find the following on the service order: EDI under Shipping, Invoicing plan under Terms and Comprehensive invoice under Miscellaneous
