The Calendar View Tab

In the Calendar view you can see each respective service technician's planned work in a calendar similar to the Outlook calendar. Service orders without a selected service technician will be gathered on one row. The calendar can be updated.

You can choose what you want to include in the calendar and if you want to show holidays. Under the heading Calendar you select date. By using the button called Load again, you can reload the calendar.

Under Service technician you choose which service technicians you want to view in the calendar. By default you can see the name of the technicians who (in the selected interval) has one or several service orders assigned. For service orders without a selected technician you will see the text "Technician not decided". By selecting a service technician you will find Information about the technician. By using the button you can see the technician's calendar and schedule, provided that the technician is employed.

You can change the Time used and Planned start time. This can be done by moving the service task in the calendar view.

You can also load the Resource planning window to replan the service order. There you can also change service technician. This window is loaded by using the alternative "Edit service" found in the Info Menu when right-clicking on the "block" for a service task in the calendar view.

If more than one technician has been selected for the service task, the symbol is shown in the top right corner of the block.

At the bottom of the calendar view you can see lag, horizon in hours and week number (in format YYWW).

In the Info menu, when right clicking, you will find alternatives in the calendar view used to link to other procedures.
