By right-clicking you can find the following functions in the range of orders, in the Clearance list and any of the Pick list EDI lists.
Show already cleared orders
You can find this alternative in the range of orders and Clearance list. If you use this alternative, you can load entire orders that have already been cleared.
Only Shortage Parts
This option exists in the Clearance list (and in the create tab for that list). You can use this option to show only those order rows that will generate a shortage in the stock balance if you clear that quantity of parts. If you have a long clearance list, it may be convenient to only view the parts where the available balance is not sufficient to cover the quantity of parts that you need to clear. This way it is easier to get an overview of the situation.
Insert Text Row
This alternative only applies if you select one of the Pick list EDI list types. Use this option to insert a text row into the pick list, after the selected order row, that can be used to enter an additional text such as a pick instruction etc.
Delete Text Row
This alternative only applies if you select one of the Pick list EDI list types. This alternative will delete the text row that has been selected in the pick list.
Edit Package
This option exists only in the lists Pick list EDI / packaging and Pick list EDI / pack. 2 rows. If you select this alternative, a window where you can change the package information will open. This window will also open automatically if you change the Quantity that is highlighted in green on the order row. Read more about this window under Edit package.
Change G-part (Packaging Part)
This option exists in the lists Pick list EDI / packaging and Pick list EDI / pack. 2 rows. Here you can change packaging for a package.
Show Batch Number
This alternative only applies if you select one of the Pick list EDI list types. By using this alternative you will see the Batch number instead of the Period on the order row in the list.
