Delivering from the Range of Orders

  1. When you want to deliver order rows, they must first be loaded onto your screen in a range of orders using Display list in the Window functions. The range of orders is classified by delivery note number, and shows all the incorporated order rows based on the selection terms you used in the create tab.
  2. In the range of orders you have selected, you can deselect/uncheck the order rows that you do not want to deliver by unchecking that row in the Delivery column.
  3. The delivery is executed for the checked order rows when you save.

Please Note! This means that delivery will take place for the registered quantity on all the order rows. Please check the pick lists to make sure that the physical picking that has taken place does not differ from the registered quantity on the pick lists. If so, the method below should be used.

Delivering from the Pick Lists

  1. If the picked quantity (under Picked on the printed pick list) differs from the quantity that was registered on the order row (under Quantity on the printed pick list), you must load the pick list onto your screen once more using Display List from the range of orders.
  2. If several pick lists are loaded (several delivery note numbers in the range of orders) you can switch between the different delivery note numbers (pick lists) using the keys PageUp/PageDown.
  3. Find the order row/rows where the actual picking differs from the registered quantity, and adjust it under Quantity.
  4. The Packaging - package rows window will appear, and you can also make adjustments in the packaging structure, if needed. Read more about this window under Edit package in the Print Pick List procedure.
  5. Once you have modified the pick lists based on the actual physical picking, you can execute the delivery from here using Save.
