Extra Row Info for Order Rows
In the lower portion of the Rows tab, you will find extra info for each order row. The information and functions here coincides with the information and functions found under Extra row info under the Rows tab in the Register Customer Order procedure, except for the following:
Show Shipping Info
By clicking on the button you can calculate weight, volume, etc. for the entered quantity in the field Quantity to report before saving the delivery. First you enter the quantity to report and then you click on this button. Finally you save the delivery and the text rows that were generated by the calculation will be delivered together with the other order rows.
Add Rows
In those cases where an existing customer order needs to be supplemented by adding new order rows, for example when adding serial numbers, you can do this in this procedure. By clicking on the button at the bottom of the window, the tab will switch to the mode where you can add order rows.
In this mode you can add order rows just like during order registration. The work flow of the order rows is also the same as during registration. Delivery of the new rows is confirmed with the button, and by using it you shift back to the delivery reporting mode. Each row that is added will then be delivery reported as delivered in full.
Please note! In order to add new rows between existing rows, you must do this before you select a row with a delivered quantity. The new row will be entered after the row that is currently "active". As soon as a row with row type one (1) has its delivered quantity saved, you can only add new rows at the end of the table, for technical reasons. That is why you should add all the text rows and serial numbers first. The order rows that are added using the Add rows button are given today's date instead of the order's delivery date as a suggested delivery period and initial delivery period.
