List Types
Under List types, you can select the level of detail you want to include in the list.
When Using the Delivery Reliability List
- Log - shows detailed information for each delivery. When the list type Log is selected, you can under Show deliveries choose if All, Only delays, or Only early deliveries, shall be shown. The standard value for delays and early deliveries are entered using the Allowance for on-time deliveries option.
- Only total - shows the totals for all deliveries that are delayed or too early. When classifying by Actual delivery period, you can select how to displays the totals in the list. You can select to total per different periods under the Total heading. This list type can also be viewed in chart form.
- Classify per order row - if you check this box and an order row has several deliveries, the latest delivery will be displayed for the order row in the list.
- Include rest quantity in order - if you check this box any rest quantity that has not been delivered will be included.
When Using the Rejects List
- Log - shows detailed information for each delivery that contains rejects. When this list type is selected, you can check the Comments box. The list will then also show any comments made on rejects in the Receiving Inspection Reporting procedure.
- Only total - deliveries with rejects - shows the total number of approved deliveries as well as the total number of deliveries/arrivals with rejects. This list type also allows you to view the information in chart form.
- Only total - rejected parts - shows the total quantity of approved parts as well as the total number of rejected parts. This list type also allows you to view the information in chart form.
