You can enter a comment for each part and tab. Under the Manufacturing tab this is a comment that can be used as the default order text on the manufacturing order. If you want to use this text as the default comment on manufacturing order, you must configure the setting Manufacturing comment for the part as order text?, under Orders under the Manufacturing tab in the Settings procedure. This comment can also be entered on the part's material row in the Preparation procedure.
If it is a purchase part and you have activated the setting Create own additional text numbers on M-orders?, under Orders under the Manufacturing tab in the Settings procedure, the following applies: If you enter a comment here and an instruction is entered on the part's material row in a preparation, these are merged into one comment under a new additional text number on the part's material row on the manufacturing order.
