When you open this procedure, the cursor is automatically positioned in the Part number field on the heading row. This is where you load a part from the part register. If you open this procedure by linking to it from another procedure, the part number is loaded automatically.
The heading row will then display information about the part, such as Name, Type, current stock Balance and Unit.
If you use multiple locations, you can also see the different locations' balances by using the button to the right of the Balance and Unit fields.
By using the button Part balance - other companies to the far right, you can see the part balance in several actual company databases in the system
The different tabs will then display general information about the part, as well as information linked to each respective module, and an Order window where you can perform requirement calculation and replanning at the part level.
