When you open the procedure, the Create tab first appears. This is where you decide how to classify and select your list. There are a number of different alternatives you can use to classify and select.
In the lower part of the window you will find different list types to choose from. Under the heading Show you can make a selection of which records that should be displayed in the list. For certain alternatives you will also see the Save heading. After you have loaded the information from the database, you can also go to the Window menu under Edit or use the Window functions to both Sort List... and Filter List...
Under Printout Samples, you can see samples of the different list types as well as comments regarding each list type.
