Under the Comment button, you can enter a comment that will be printed on the Response form. It is the same comment as the comment under the Internal Comment button under the Register Nonconformity tab.
If you have installed the supplementary function Document Viewing, you can use it to link external documents to the report. You should also read the Entering Comments or Instructions in the chapter called MONITOR General Information in the MONITOR Basics guide to better understand this window.
