Under the Nonconformity types tab you can create your own nonconformity types with number and name. These types are then based on any of the four existing basic types - Customer nonconformity, Supplier nonconformity, Internal nonconformity and Preventive action
By using own nonconformity types, you can customize nonconformity types with different default activities and costs to better suit your own business.
You can then select the own nonconformity types as well as the basic types in the Register Nonconformity procedure.
