In the top portion of the window, you select a serial number from the product register. The product information that has been registered for that serial number will then be loaded an shown in the sections below.
The product information is usually registered per product when the serial number is entered as an order row or invoice row type 5, or alternately in the Update Product Register procedure. However, you can also add or modify this information here. For a more detailed description of these fields, read the Help section for the Update Product Register procedure.
