General Information about Rename Fixed Asset

What Does This Procedure Do?

The Rename Fixed Asset procedure is used to give new object numbers to separate or multiple fixed assets. The procedure consists of a list where the new object numbers are entered manually or listed automatically from a consecutive number series selected in the Create tab.

You can classify the list by Object. You can select the list by Object, Group and Name.

Only a few employees should be authorized to use this procedure since the changes made here are extensive.

What Update Options Exist for this Procedure?

You can make updates when you use certain Display List functions. In this procedure you can update the New object number and Name. You can export, sort and filter the lists.
