General Information about Print Labels

You will find a general description of how to manage lists in MONITOR in the chapter Managing Lists in the System under General in the MONITOR Basics guide.

What Does This Procedure Do?

The Print Labels procedure is where you print labels for marking all objects in the fixed asset register.

You print one label per object and you can also print labels for a selection of objects.

In the Create tab you select the label size and text size. You can also select what information to be printed on the labels.

Finally, you can choose how many labels you wish to print horizontally and vertically on the paper.

Samples and comments concerning the Print Labels procedure are displayed under the topic Printout Samples.
