Select to which table you want to copy. The copying will be made to the current accounting year in the selected company. Select whether to copy to budget or to forecast. If you select forecast a box will appear to the right, where you enter to which forecast number you wish to copy/save.
If the setting Copy to the following year has been checked, the data will be copied to the year after the current. To be able to make this work, the following accounting year must be registered. This is done in the Register Accounting Year procedure in the Global Settings module.
