When the window is opened, the cursor is placed in the Budget Responsible field at the top part of the Search Form. Enter the initials of the budget responsible or use the PopUp menu to see the references that are registered in the system. Under Selection you then enter budget level, account intervals and cost center, if any. The Execute selection button is used to execute the selections made in the Search Form. The Chart of Accounts Structure of the procedure is then updated according to the selections made in the Search Form.
