Here you make different selections for the report that shall be printed.
Year
Select the year for which the report is to be printed.
Period
Enter the period numbers in the From and To fields. Printout can be made for any period interval during the fiscal year or other accounting years.
Account
Enter the selection, if any, of which accounts that should be printed in the From and To fields. You can also choose to classify by Account. The list will then be printed at account level only.
Cost Center
Enter the cost center or centers that you wish to print in the From and To fields. You can also choose to classify by Cost center. The list will then be printed at cost center level only. If a printout of several cost centers is made, you can insert a page break for each new cost center. Also see the Settings.
Cost Unit
Enter the cost unit or units that you wish to print in the From and To fields. You can also choose to classify by Cost unit. The list will then be printed at cost unit level only. If a printout of several cost units is made, you can insert a page break for each new cost unit. Also see the Settings.
Project
Enter the project or projects that you wish to print in the From and To fields. You can also choose to classify by Project. The list will then be printed at project level only. If a printout of several projects is made, you can insert a page break for each new project. Also see the Settings.
Status
If you classify by Project, you will also see a column called Status. You can then select in the From and To fields that projects with a certain status shall be printed.
