In this part of the Search Form you enter the settings for the reports that shall be printed.
Language
Enter the language in which you want the accounts, cost centers, cost units and projects to be displayed on your printout. Foreign names of the accounts and object levels must be registered. These are registered in the Chart of Accounts procedure. You register languages in the Languages procedure in the Global Settings module.
Currency
Enter the currency that will be shown in the report. If a foreign currency is selected, the amount will be converted according to the exchange rate that is registered in the system. You register foreign currencies and current exchange rates in the Currencies procedure in the Global Settings module.
Amount in Thousands
Indicate whether the report shall be printed in thousands.
Compact Printout
Indicate whether the report shall be a compact printout. Only totals will be displayed on the printout, not accounts.
New Page between Printouts
If classification is made under Selection at any of the object levels Cost center, Cost unit or Project, this alternative is selected by default. A page break will then be inserted in the printout for each new cost center, cost unit or project.
Show Blocked Cost Centers
If classification is made by Cost center under Selection, this alternative is selected by default. This means that blocked cost centers will be included in the printout. Cost centers are blocked in the Cost Center / Cost Unit procedure.
Show Blocked Cost Units
If classification is made by Cost center under Selection, this alternative is selected by default. This means that blocked cost units will be included in the printout. Cost units are blocked in the Cost Center / Cost Unit procedure.
