The General Tab

Under the General tab you register and view general information about a project. The fields are presented in three different sections or groups.

In the first section called Project you register general information about the project such as Project type.

In the second section called Customer info you register customer related information about the project, for example when a project is a manufacturing project to a customer.

In the third section you will find economic information about the project.

The following fields are available in the section Project:

• Project Type
• Group
• Status
• Responsible
• Project Time
• Category
• Priority
• Mark-up

The following fields are available in the section Customer info:

• Customer Code
• Our Order Number
• Our Reference
• Customer’s Order Number
• Customer's Reference
• Seller

The following fields are available in the economic section in the lower part of the window:

• Budget
• Planned/Ordered
• Result/Actual
• Expected Result
• Forecast

At the bottom of the window you will find information about the Last calculation as well who created/modified the Project. It is possible to enter a comment using the Comment button.
