Please Note! You cannot use Save as... and select an existing record to overwrite without first deleting the existing record. If you try to overwrite an existing record a message appears.In most registers in the system you can copy existing records into new records where the existing records are used as templates. This is a very useful feature that will speed up the task of registering many similar records. The different records that you can copy are:
When such record is open you will find the Save as... alternative under File in the Window menu. The layout and functions in this window will differ depending on the type of record that you are copying.
