To be able to send SMS from MONITOR it is required that an account exists at an SMS operator. Read more about this under SMS under the System tab in the Settings procedure.Here you select how you want to notify the result when the condition is fulfilled. The available alternatives are:
If the task is created and linked from another procedure, the address to the person who created the task is filled in by default when selecting the alternative MONITOR Agent Results.
Address
Depending on which alternative you choose under Notify via, the layout of the window that is opened by using the Address button will differ. When selecting the alternative MONITOR Agent Results, you can select registered users in MONITOR in a list box. You can also enter one or several receivers manually.
When selecting the alternative E-mail, you can enter optional addresses or load existing addresses from a list box. When selecting the alternative Network Message, you can select the user accounts registered in the network in a list box.
When selecting the alternative SMS, you can enter optional mobile phone numbers or load exiting mobile phone numbers from a list box. Users with a registered mobile phone number can be selected.
Other information you can enter in the Address object window is Subject and Message, except for the alternatives Network Message and SMS where you can only enter a Message.
