The MONITOR Agent in the Global Settings module is a supplement to MONITOR. Here you will find procedures used to register AutoRuns, create monitoring tasks, monitor events and also to see a list of the monitoring tasks. Also see the What is the MONITOR Agent? and procedure descriptions sections.
To the supplement function MONITOR Agent there is also a separate software called Agent server. This server handles the monitoring of the registered monitoring tasks.
In the chapter called Agent Server, under Configuration and Maintenance in the MONITOR Basics, you will find a description of how the agent server shall be registered and configured. This is also described in a separate document delivered along with the supplement function.
