To be able to send SMS from MONITOR it is required that an account exists at an SMS operator. Read more about this under SMS in the System tab in the Settings procedure.Here the employee is given the opportunity (right) to send SMS from MONITOR. Every time a user sends an SMS it is logged in the Historical Events procedure in ID 252.
