General Information about User List
You will find a general description of Managing Lists in the System in the chapter MONITOR General Information in the MONITOR Basics.
What Does This Procedure Do?
In this procedure you can print a list of the existing users and to what groups they belong.
In the Create tab you enter how to classify and select the list. In the list that is loaded by using the Display list button you will find information regarding user, user name, user's e-mail addresses (if such has been entered), language and which group/groups that the user is a member of.
What Update Options Exist for this Procedure?
- In the Standard list you can update the e-mail address, language and warehouse.
- In the Number series you can see how the start codes have been registered for all users regarding the number series customer invoice, credit invoice, cash receipt and interest invoice.
- In the Reminder list you can update the following: Use reminders, Advising, Show reminder window automatically, Reminder about started activities, Previous activity finished, In advance X days, Customer activities, Quote activities, Customer order activities, Supplier activities, Inquiry activities, Purchase order activities, Part activities, Nonconformity activities, Project activities, Show reminder that order is to be approved, Show reminder that order is approved, Show message that order is printed and Monitoring time interval.
- In the Purchase limits list you can update the following: Purchase limit per order, Accumulated purchase limit, Type of accumulated purchase limit, Authorized signer, and Authorized to change authorized signer.
- In the EIM users list you can update the following: User rights, how the invoices should be forwarded and also how to handle the monitoring of overdue invoices.
