When you open this procedure, the cursor is automatically positioned in the Order number field under Create. This is where you select or enter a project or order number. If a clock symbol is displayed this means that the order is confirmed as delayed*. If a Manufacturing order contains a configuration the button appears. This button is used to see the current configuration for the order in a separate window. A symbol for the part status is also shown here.
The default option is to show One order / project in the structure map. This is where you decide if you want to view all order numbers from the order register. All order numbers that appear are orders where the main part has status 1-5.
* An order confirmed as delayed can for example mean that the material will not arrive on time or that there is capacity problem (overload). It is also an indication to other users saying that the order will be delayed. You can also confirm orders as delayed in the procedures Register Manufacturing Order and Flow Analysis - Manufacturing. An order that has been confirmed as delayed will have the same clock symbol in the flow analysis procedures.
